Cancellation Policy

1. Cancel anytime

There is no lock-in. You can cancel a paid subscription at any time and you will not be billed again.

2. How to cancel

Use the unsubscribe link in any alert email, the "Unsubscribe" option on your account-management page, or email hello@tenderping.co.za. Unsubscribing stops all alerts and marks your account cancelled.

3. When it takes effect

Cancellation stops future billing immediately. You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for; we do not pro-rate partial periods (see the Refund Policy).

4. Coming back

You can re-subscribe at any time by signing up again with the same email.
