1. Who we are
K2026565982 (South Africa) (Pty) Ltd t/a TenderPing ("we", "us") operates a subscription service that monitors publicly available South African government tender data and sends subscribers alerts and digests. These terms govern your use of the service. By signing up you agree to them.
2. The service
We aggregate tender opportunities from public sources (primarily the National Treasury eTenders OCDS service) and notify you of those matching your chosen keywords and filters. We are an independent service and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by the South African government.
3. No guarantee of completeness or accuracy
Tender data originates from third-party public sources that we do not control. We do not guarantee that every relevant tender is captured, that data is complete, current, or accurate, or that you will win any tender. Always verify details and deadlines against the official source before acting. We are a convenience and discovery tool, not a substitute for official records or professional advice.
4. Subscriptions & billing
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance in South African Rand via PayFast, and renew automatically each month until cancelled. The 14-day free trial requires no card and is available once per customer. We are not currently registered for VAT, so no VAT is charged and prices are not subject to VAT; if that changes, we will give you notice before it affects your billing. We may change pricing on at least 30 days' email notice; changes apply from your next billing cycle after the notice period.
5. Cancellation & refunds
You may cancel at any time (see our Cancellation Policy); cancellation stops future billing. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy and your rights under the Consumer Protection Act and Electronic Communications and Transactions Act.
6. Acceptable use
You may not resell, scrape, or bulk-redistribute our service or data without written permission, nor use it unlawfully. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss (including lost tenders, contracts, or profits) arising from use of, or inability to use, the service. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the preceding three months.
8. Privacy
We process your personal information in line with our Privacy Policy and POPIA.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, and the South African courts have jurisdiction.
