How this is calculated

Preferential Procurement Regulations 2022. Points for price are:

Ps = 80 × (1 − (Pt − Pmin) ÷ Pmin)

Pt is your price, Pmin is the lowest acceptable bid. The lowest bidder takes the full price allocation; everyone else is scaled down by how far above it they sit. Price points never go below zero. Specific-goal points are capped at 20 on the 80/20 system and 10 on 90/10.
